How do I start making my own video wedding invitations?

You will first have to create an account. On the homepage, you will find the Create a New Account button on the left of the login area. Click on that and follow the simple instructions to make your account.

How do I create a video invitation or card?

Follow these steps:- o Choose the category. o Fill out the form that follows. o Upload the video. o Click on Preview to view your card before you send it. o Click on Confirm when you are done. That's it! Your video invitation is made.

What formats are acceptable for my video invitation?

We accept most video formats that are available. Some of the acceptable ones are .flv, .wmv., .avi, .mpeg, .mpg, .mov, .3gp, .mp4, etc. This means you can create a video on your digital camera or cell phone and upload it directly on our website.

Can I accept money from my cards or invitations?

Yes, you can! We allow this feature for people who are using video invitation cards for business or for nonprofit ventures. It is possible for you to accept payments or donations right through the card! This simple process just requires you to paste a Buy Now or Donate button code from your PayPal address. Once this code is pasted, this button will appear in your video to your viewers and they can pay by clicking on it.

How long would it take me to upload my video?

That will depend on the size of the video and your Internet connection. The speed of your computer is another factor.

How can I add email addresses?

In the form, look for the "Email to multiple guests". Here, Type the email addresses of the people you want the video sent to. Separate these addresses with a semicolon (;). Don't keep a space between a semicolon and an email address.

Can I import contacts from my email address book?

Yes, you can. Look at the top of Invitation Card Design. You will see a menu there that says "Invite Your Friends". This menu allows you to import your contacts from your current email address book to your video invitation address book. You can import your contacts from various email services such as Gmail, MSN, Yahoo!, etc.

How do I upload email addresses from a .CSV file?

Once you log into your account, click on My Contacts. This will show your video invitation address book. Here, you can see the Import by Excel link at the top right corner. Click on this link. Your .CSV file of email addresses will get uploaded.

How do I upload a video?

When you fill out your form, you need to click on Next. This takes you to the video uploading section. Here, you will be able to upload your video file.

What is the duration of the video?

The length of the video depends on its quality and the file type. We accept up to 50 MB of video. If your video is in a high quality .wmv format, then you can make a video of around 7-8 minutes. For lower quality videos, a longer duration is possible.

When I click on Next after uploading a video, it takes some time. Is that a problem?

No. You have finished uploading the video, but our internal software still needs to convert it so that it can be streamed online. So, it takes some time while this conversion takes place. Your video format HD or SD will influence the length of time this takes. This is definitely not a problem and we should caution you not to close your browser or click on the Back button while this conversion is happening. Simply minimize your browser window and carry out whatever other task you want to on your computer!

Can I add a link of my website in my video card or invitation?

Yes, that's possible too! When you are uploading your video file, you will see two textboxes where you will be able to add the link of your website and even some anchor text. Your anchor text might say 'Click here to see our products' or something like that.

Can I add a wedding registry in the wedding invitation?

Again, you can do that! For that, you will need to know the website address of an online wedding registry. Once you know that, simply add the link in one of the two textboxes that appears when you are uploading the video. Again, you can add some anchor text if you want.

How do I change my password?

Simply log into your account and click on Change Password.

How do I edit my account?

Log into your account. You will see an Edit Account option. Click on it and you will be able to change your account information.

What are the features of the My Invitation tab?

You can view all your past video invitations/cards and even the replies of your guests. If you want to remove something, there is a Delete button. You will also find an RSVP section here that allows the recipients of your wedding invitation to directly mark if they are attending or not. You know right away how many people will attend your event.
